Carpark Charges, and how to pay

The Millennium Centre is a charity-based organisation located in the heart of St Helens. It is home to many NHS services and other companies. The centre has a small private car park at the rear, reserved for staff, patient drop-offs, and ambulances. The car park is clearly signposted, stating that charges apply. All signage is regularly maintained, cleaned, and positioned at the correct height.

We are proud members of the British Parking Association (No. 31087), and the car park is managed jointly by Millennium Centre Limited and Tribal Services Limited (UK Enforcement).

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may seek further advice from Citizens Advice or contact the British Parking Association using our membership number and address.

• After 28 days (including expenses): £102.50
• 14 days after court action warning: £150.00 (including expenses)
• After court action: £350.00 (including court and legal fees)

Please note: Failure to pay may result in a County Court Judgment (CCJ), which can affect your ability to obtain credit in the future.

You can make a payment by visiting the Millennium Centre, where a 20% discount will be applied. Alternatively, email tribal@gmx.co.uk with your vehicle details, the date of the parking charge, and the ticket number, and we will send you a payment link within 12 hours.
